Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all LEGO-themed hangtags and labels remain intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
